Open Basic Education (OBE):-
Level 'A' - equivalent to Class III of formal system
Level 'B' - equivalent to Class V of formal system
Level 'C' - equivalent to Class VIII of formal system
Entry level requirements:-
Level 'A' - Should have completed 14 years of age and must be a neo- literate certified
by Saakshar Bharat.
Level 'B' - Should have completed 14 years of Age and passed Level 'A' programme
Level 'C' - Should have completed 14 years of Age and passed Level 'B' programme
